Job Overview:
Project Deliverables for new powertrain introduction in Family scooter as well as on Cargo/Passenger platform.
Main Responsibilities:
· Should have Sound knowledge about PMSM, BLDC and Hub Motor Design construction, function, integration, application
· Hands on experience working on ARM Cortex-M/A based microcontrollers.
· Knowledge of FOC, 6-step commutation control methods
· Experience in LV, HV applications in automotive.
· Develop diagnostic for Motor controllers.
· Root cause analysis of Verification/Validation issues and closure tracking.
· Experience in Motor Controller Firmware development (BLDC/PMSM/Induction Motors/Inverters)
· Exposure to Power Electronics hardware development and debugging using Oscilloscope/Current probes
· Experience in motor control parameter tuning and Algorithms for same.
· Experience in MATLAB/Simulink modelling for power electronics-based applications.
· Responsible for DVP, DFMEA of the electrical components and maintain documentation of ECN.
· Knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional safety requirements
Knowledge (Technical / Functional) Required:
· Motor Design calculation (Speed, Torque), Back emf calculation
· Understanding CAN & LIN Communication protocol
· ARM Cortex-M, MATLAB, VECTOR, Any Circuit Simulation tool
· Expertise in Sensor like Hall effect/Temperature sensor
· Integration expert/Testing & Analysis of warranty issue
