Job Overview:
Responsibility of delivering Battery Project for L1, L3 and L5 with VAVE and low-cost solution, alternate source development
Key Responsibilities:
· Should have expertise on LI cell configuration, cell stacking, Battery pack design
· Fuel cell development as an alternate source to LI
· BMS hardware, Software design & testing
· VAVE Implementation, CRE proposal
· Lab level development for inhouse battery pack testing.
· Patent/IPR in Battery & BMS Design If any.
· Alternate source development
· Should have knowledge about ZBC/Battery Mfg and EOL process.
· Body electronics Integration of BMS with controller and Cluster
· Warranty and Field issue resolution along with service team and suppliers
Staff Reporting:
· Director R&D
Knowledge (Technical / Functional) Required :
· Battery Pack design
· BMS Software and hardware design.
· VAVE and CRE proposal
· Warranty & field issue resolution
· Inhouse testing facility preparation
Qualifications:
· BE/B Tech PG Mechanical & Electrical
Experience:
· 10 – 15 Years
