Main Responsibilities / Job Summary
- Responsible for design of braking and suspension system of all two and three wheelers in Kinetic Green based on the inputs from platform team.
- Design and prepare 2D drawing of all brake and suspension systems with proper GD&T.
- Coordinate with suppliers for DVP sign offs.
- Coordinate with vehicle integration team, Testing, homologation and CAE for resolving all brakes and suspension related issues.
- Coordinate with vehicle integration team
KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role)
- 2D drawing release in specific timeline
- 2D drawing quality
- Quality issue resolution turnaround time.
Knowledge (Technical / Functional) -
- Two and Three wheeler layout.
- In depth knowledge of Brakes and suspension systems used in two and three wheelers
- Proficiency in UG NX
- Proficiency in GD&T
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes used in brakes and suspension
Qualifications – BE Mechanical
Experience – Minimum 4 years
