Main Responsibilities / Job Summary
· Should have good knowledge about PMSM, BLDC and Hub Motor Design, should able to prepare design standard, motor specification calculation
according to vehicle level requirement
· Integration of Motor with controller (Vector & Trapezoidal Based), Tri Party agreement preparation and sign off with other stake holders.
· Issue resolution, field testing support and warranty analysis exposure of failed component, should have knowledge of 6 sigma, 4M, WHY- WHY
Analysis.
· SOR/RFQ, DVP, Test Case HIL/MIL preparation, Inhouse and field testing, Supplier development, VPPAP Audit
Knowledge (Technical / Functional)
· Motor Design calculation (Speed, Torque), Back emf calculation/Material selection/Magnet selection Heat Loss Calculation/Hysteresis/Winding
knowledge (Size/core/Material properties).
· Knowledge about Motor designing (PMSM/IPM/SPM/BLDC/Servo).
· Expertise in Sensor like Hall effect/Temperature sensor.
· Integration expert/Testing & Analysis of warranty issue.
